I have a weird guppie fish with a bendy back??

I brought 6 guppies a couple of weeks ago and found that one has a bend in it's back like a banana, it swims curved over but spends most of it's time lying on the bottom flapping it's fins and breathing so rapidly it bobs up and down. It feeds fine and otherwise seems ok. What could be the matter with it?? Could it have been injured as a baby? Can fish be born with retardation??

MAINLY CAUSE BY THE WATER CONDITION IN THE TANK :

MAINTAIN THE TEMPERATURE:22-28 C ( 72-82 F)

pH : 7.0-8.5

dH: to 30

Some may result from the deformation during young in fry stage because malnutrition and mishandling.
