Should I wear a jade bracelet?

The Chinese have superstitions about the stone jade...it is supposed to protect your from harm if you wear it (that's the main reason for wearing jade).

A lot of Chinese women and girls wear jade bracelets (it looks like a jade bangle) on their arms.

I'm all for it, except for the fact that once you wear it, you're stuck wearing it forever. You're not supposed to take it off once you put it on.

I've heard stories about wearing jade that has saved peoples' lives, and I don't know, should I wear a jade bracelet?

Wearing jade is also good for your health and aura (something like that, I can explain it better in Cantonese). Sorry if I'm not making sense.

Do any of you guys wear jade?

I am not Chinese, but I would wear it if I were you. It not much trouble to keep a bracelet on, and it shows you are proud of your heritage. If you believe in superstition, that's double the reason to wear it. Plus, it sounds pretty. The only downside is you can't take it off.
